Product Shipment
Topaz.gr can serve customers from all over Greece and around the world. The mission can be done with one of the ACS Courier, Speedex, Geniki Postmiksiki courier services and the order is delivered to your place or by the Hellenic Post Office (ELTA) and you can receive your order from your local branch office.

Your orders are shipped from 3 to 9 days, depending on the availability of the products. For sculpted objects, time is formed from 3 to 12 days, while for Paintings from 7 to 17 days. If your order can not be executed for reasons of force majeure (bad weather, strikes, etc.), we will contact you to tell us whether you wish to complete it. Please note that for distance of more than 20 km from courier cities, as well as in some remote islands, there may be an extra charge if it is chosen as a way of sending courier companies and not EL.TA.

6. Removal and Returns of Products
You have the right to return the products you purchase without any obligation to notify us of the reason why you wish to return the products within ten days of the date you receive them. In this case, you only bear the direct cost of returning the products. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as you received them, without having their packaging unsealed or broken, along with the documents, the retail receipt and the packaging accompanying the product. In the event of return of your products, your refund will be completed within thirty days from the date of receipt of the products.
